Hôtel Biron

This used to be called Hôtel Biron, a hôtel particulier (that is: the private urban home of a noble, since only royals could get full-on palaces in the city) built in 1732. Rodin lived here for the last few years of his life, renting rooms on the ground floor and having access to the nice backyard garden. In 1919, two years after his death, it became a museum showing his works as well as some of his personal art collection.
