Rufous Hummingbird
This is a male; you can tell by the dark gorget, iridescing copper / ruby / deep pink depending on the light. Unlike Anna’s, it only covers the lower half of his face.
As I understand it Anna’s are unique among hummingbirds in that they’re the only one where males’ gorgets cover their entire face, and where females have a little bit of one, on their throats.
